Growing up in Oregon, how could I not develop a deep love for nature and the land? My passion for land conservation first displayed itself when, as a young boy, my sister and I convinced my parents not to cut down a big Doug-fir in our yard that was in the path of a driveway expansion. Over the years, I helped plant trees for our urban tree group, purchased natural areas and trail corridors as a real estate negotiator for our regional parks program, and also ran an organization that acquired water rights for ecological benefit.
Now as an attorney with my own firm, I further this passion by focusing my law practice in part on land conservation matters. I use my extensive experience and skills to help people and organizations achieve their conservation and financial goals about properties they love and wish to protect in Oregon. Please give me a call to discuss how I may assist you with your land conservation transactions and related matters.
