My commitment to land and water runs as deep as the six generations of my family who have lived in Oregon. My passion for land conservation first displayed itself when as a young boy my sister and I convinced my parents not to cut down a big Doug-fir in our yard that was in the path of a driveway expansion. Over the years, I helped plant trees for an urban tree group, purchased natural areas and trail corridors as a real estate negotiator for our regional parks program, and ran an organization that acquired water rights for ecological benefit.

Now as an attorney with my own firm, I further this passion by focusing my law practice on real estate, land use, and land conservation transactions. I use my extensive experience and skills to help people and organizations achieve their conservation and financial goals related to Oregon properties they love and wish to protect. Contact me to discuss how I may assist you with your land conservation transactions and related matters.
